Our return policy is effective for 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in its original packaging and never used. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to support@calmlake.net with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for the return.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined, and we hope you understand.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package. If it is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable) How much will customers pay for the return? No fees for returned packages. If you need to exchange it for another package, please email us at support@calmlake.net.
Return/Exchange Process Please follow these instructions to request an exchange:
- Send an email with the subject “Order #” to support@calmlake.net.
Please include the following:
- The relevant package.
- A precise description of the issue.
- Order number – If there are multiple products in one order, identify the problematic product.
Our support team will respond within one business day, and return instructions will be provided. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered.
The replacement item will be sent to the email delivery address provided at the time of the original order.
We will ship the exact item(s) you selected at the time of purchase. If you wish to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
